Ben&Ben is back for a second ‘intimate’ benefit concert

Another way to give back

9-piece band ‘Ben&Ben‘ is back with another online benefit concert. Taking inspo from their first digital performance, the band will now be holding ‘Puhon 2‘ this Sunday, 5 PM.

Translated as ‘If God wills‘ or ‘hopefully‘ in Bisaya, ‘Puhon‘ serves as the band’s online initiative amidst the pandemic, with funds from their March concert raising as much as PHP 2.7M for COVID-19 frontliners

This time, ‘Puhon 2‘ will benefit the Balik Eskwela Project to provide goods for public school students and teachers in light of online class. The group has also launched the project’s official website puhon.ph.

‘When we were figuring out where to help with the myriad of problems in today’s landscape, we eventually zeroed in on helping out a sector that is very close to our hearts: education,’ shared 1/2 of the band’s namesake Paolo Benjamin.

This will also be the first time that the band will hold a full-length show from their shared BBTV house, where they regularly perform YouTube covers.

‘Expect a very intimate, premium live concert experience straight from our home to yours,’ Miguel Benjamin said.
