We went ahead to scour the PayMaya app for things that made us shout ‘NEED!’ while scoring some savings. As 20-somethings just trying to survive adulting, we’ll take all the help we can get.

As the great Filipino poet Mimiyuuuh once said ‘Drink your water bish’. Our mid-to-late 20s is where we traded our hard liquor sabog college days for the chiller comforts of wine and the good old H20.

We figured a tumbler comes in handy whenever we’re in need of a quick sip, and we found a decent one at The SM Store for PHP 649.75. We got PHP 129.95 cashback as savings when we paid via PayMaya QR at the counter, but you can save up to PHP 200!

Our Internet bill (coz staying online is literally our job)

While fresh sweldo (paycheck) in our bank account is an instant high, anyone who’s ever adulted knows most of it will go to taxes and bills.

Savings that will ease the weight of the latter are always welcome, and that’s exactly what we got when we used our PayMaya to pay our PLDT bill. Here, we received PHP 150 savings or 10% cashback (first-time users get this when you pay any bill worth at least PHP 1,000).
