Philippine Red Cross and BFM Kookiebunnies partner for a blood drive
Be the cause of someone’s Euphoria on Jungkook’s birthday!
Philippine Armys, listen up! BFM Kookiebunnies, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, will be holding a bloodletting drive this Saturday, August 13, for Jungkook’s upcoming birthday!
Armys and willing blood donors can come through at the Philippine Red Cross – HQ at 37 EDSA Corner Boni Avenue, Mandaluyong City, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A registration link is provided on the post made by the Philippine Red Cross.

Donors will not just be helping save lives! Donating blood also entitles interested donors to know their blood type if they do not currently know and get examined by a doctor. There are also raffle prizes, loot bags, and snacks that await those who will donate this Saturday.
As long as the donor is healthy and has no pre-existing medical condition, donating blood is 100% safe. The blood drive is open to interested individuals ages 16-65 and at least weighing 110 lbs or 50 kg. They must also pass the physical and history screening.

Willing donors who will meet the criteria will need at least 5-6 hours of rest and sleep before donating their blood. Alcohol intake within 24 hours prior to the donation is prohibited, while those who had a history of travel, medications, piercings, and tattoos will be assessed on-site. It is advised for donors to have food intake before the donation, avoiding fatty food.
The procedure will also be done by a trained health care professional, and a physician will also be present. The needles and blood bags are all sterile and will be discarded after each use.
True enough, BTS is a group that touches and saves the lives of many, and this is not just limited to the impact of their music. Their influence, generosity, and genuine goal to spread messages of awareness about social issues and charity transcend endless barriers.
