Try Guys’ Ned Fulmer follows a disturbing trend for ‘wife guys’

Were ‘wife guys’ a sham all along?

The latest was Ned Fulmer who was formerly from Try Guys

For a while, the Internet was fascinated with ‘wife guys’ who built their brands around being family men. These men openly post their wives and children, collaborate with them, and bring their marriage and family life to the forefront.

It was a picture-perfect scenario, making the recent happenings relating to them even harder the grasp.

Since Adam Levine’s fess-up, it seems that more wife guys are slipping. The latest is Try Guys’ Ned Fulmer who admitted to cheating on his wife with a co-worker.

‘Family should have always been my priority, but I lost focus and had a consensual workplace relationship.’ tweeted Fulmer.

I’m sorry for any pain that my actions may have caused to the guys and the fans but most of all to Ariel. The only thing that matters right now is my marriage and my children, and that’s where I am going to focus my attention.’

After one of the Try Guys tried adultery, the group’s official Instagram account announced on September 28 that they were no longer affiliated with Ned Fulmer.

Their announcement did not state the cheating allegations as the exact reason for Fulmer’s departure from the collective, only that they did “not see the path forward together” after a thorough internal review.

Fans of the group appreciated how the Try Guys and their management immediately took action instead of glossing over the instance, or worse, enabling it.

Since then, the Fulmer couple posted their sentiments on their socials to address the issue. Wife Ariel Fulmer thanked everyone who reached out in support of her and the children but requested everyone to respect their privacy for the time being.

Seeing ‘wife guys’ like Adam Levine and Ned Fulmer cheat on their beautiful wives whom they seem to be proud of makes us question: what hope is there for the rest of us?

On the other hand, their mistresses shouldn’t emerge unscathed for their consensual involvement with married men either. They know full well that their actions would affect an entire family. The only true victims in these recent cases are the loved ones who have to suffer the consequences of the infidelity.
