Ready your wallets: Here’s how much tickets to ‘Hamilton’ shows in Manila will cost

After GMG Productions announced that it’s taking Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Broadway hit “Hamilton” to the Philippines, fans have been clamoring to find out how much tickets to the popular musical cost. Finally, prices and schedules for the Manila run of the show have been announced.

ICYDK, Hamilton will be staged at the Theatre at Solaire, with its first show happening on September 17.

Ticket pre-sale dates have already been announced, and UnionBank and Citibank credit card holders will be the first to have the opportunity to purchase tickets starting April 17, 11:59 p.m. until April 21.

Meanwhile, pre-sales for those who were able to sign up for the waitlist can get their tickets starting April 20, 10 a.m. until April 23, 11:59 p.m.

The general public will later be able to purchase tickets starting April 24, 11 a.m.

The Ticketworld website states that Hamilton shows will run for two months from September 17 until November 12. There’ll be shows almost every day except for Mondays.

Here’s how much tickets cost:

  • Orchestra A: P6,348
  • Orchestra B: P5,819
  • Balcony C: P4,761
  • Balcony D: P3,703
  • Balcony E: P2,645
  • VIP: P8,993

Guests must be fully vaccinated and must present their vaccination cards and government IDs to watch the musical.

Hamilton, a musical about American founding father Alexander Hamilton, first premiered on Broadway in August 2015. Lin-Manuel Miranda’s hit show has since won big awards like Tonys, Grammys, and a Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
