“So Fire” is about that “new flame” that just oozes that fire-like energy—it draws you in, entrancing and mesmerizing you. It’s warm and comforting while also being a bit dangerous but you can’t keep yourself away.
Reid’s last album, lovescene, was released in 2022. So Fire is his highly awaited summer single, which takes playful disco-pop and mixes it with upbeat funk elements and retro synths.
