Actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt shookt fans earlier today when he requested a simple favor for his PH fans via Facebook.

‘Anyone from the Philippines interested in trying voice acting? All I need you to do is read one word out loud in Filipino/Tagalog.’

The actor went on to add a HITRECORD link asking people to say the word ‘poet‘ in their native language.

As many as 260 people have heeded JGL’s call, with PH’s entries ranging from the commonly used translation ‘tula‘ to the rarer term ‘panulaan‘.

Meanwhile, there aren’t many details along with the project, but JGL has posted the same call for voices for fans from Spain, Portugal, and India.
