How to Apply to Philippine Air Force
Interested and qualified applicants should signify their intent in writing, attach the following documents to the application letter, and send to the address indicated below not later than July 13, 2020.
1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (Downloadable PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017).
2. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility /rating /license; and
4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records.
Qualified applicants can submit their application in three options:
- Hand carry to the HRD-PAFHRMC
- Send through courier (see the address below)
- Send via email (ceadpmc@yahoo.com)

[Update as of July 1] This is the recent post of PAFPMC: “Due to the overwhelming number of applicants for Civilian Human Resource, the limited available/vacant positions and the limitations posed by COVID-19 precautionary measures, be advised that the deadline for submission of application with supporting documents will be on 02 July 2020 at 12 o’clock in the afternoon. All applicants are advised to submit all requirements through email at ceadpmc@yahoo.com. Late applications will not be processed.”
