Netflix just dropped a bunch of ‘Free Watch’ titles for non-subscribers
Netflix hard at work
After dropping the long-awaited ‘Shuffle Play‘ feature, Netflix is listening to its fans once again as the streaming giant is set to drop a new freebie add-on called ‘Free Watch‘.
The new update lets non-subscribers watch a limited amount of Netflix content for free, to likely convince casual watchers to take a plunge into the site’s monthly subscription.
‘We’re looking at different marketing promotions to attract new members and give them a great Netflix experience,’ shared a spokesperson.
The ‘Free Watch‘ selections include films that can be watched in full, but only the first episode of the TV series is available
This wouldn’t be the first that the site dropped content for free, as they released a ton of original documentaries on YouTube during the first few months of the quarantine.
The ‘Free Watch’ titles are as follows:
- Stranger Things
- Bird Box
- Murder Mystery
- Elite
- The Boss Baby: Back in Business
- When they See Us
- Love is Blind
- The Two Popes
- Our Planet
- Grace and Frankie
Netflix furthered that ‘the selection may change from time to time‘, so it’s better to watch the mentioned titles ASAP.
Meanwhile, iPhone users also need have to wait a while longer, as the add-on is only supported through computer browsers or Android devices for now.
