2012 YA classic ‘The Perks of Being A Wallflower‘ is getting the Netflix PH treatment, as it’s set to drop on the streaming giant next month.
According to the film’s mobile title card, it’s set to grace our screens on September 11.
ICYDK, ‘Perks‘ is narrated by awkward freshman Charlie, who chronicles his bookworm life as he navigates the ever-relatable struggles of high school life such as sex, drugs, and indie music.
Seriously though, with the book selling over 1.5 million copies along with its cultural impact, it’s almost a staple in any ‘cool kid‘s bookshelf.
The 1999 novel by Stephen Chbosky was then adapted into a full-feature film starring Logan Lerman, Emma Watson, and Ezra Miller.
Feeling infinite yet?
