Our adolescent bookworm selves are shaking

The store first announced their delve into the digital realm a few weeks back through Booksale Plus, which allows customers to directly contact store section heads to inquire about the latest book finds.

This time around, ‘Booksale‘ is going deeper to fulfill our online shopping needs through their very own Shopee account, booksale.ph.

Word first spread when a tweet by essayist Shakira Sison gained traction after she shared how her father and ‘Booksale‘ founder, Emmanuel Sison, is trying to keep the store afloat amidst the pandemic.

Yes it’s true that BookSale is online, and my dear father is asking for your support to help keep his employees afloat, most of whom have been with him for decades. They are struggling like everyone else.’

She furthered that the inventory doesn’t have an overall database, so it’s up to the staff to hunt down a particular title for its online customers.
