‘The Phantom of The Opera’ will be rereleased on YouTube this October
In case you missed the YouTube premiere of composer Andrew Lloyd Webber’s ‘The Phantom of The Opera‘ earlier this April, the iconic theatre show will drop on the video platform once again this October 10.
The ‘Phantom‘ rerelease will premiere on Webber’s YouTube channel ‘The Show Must Go On!’ in celebration of its 25th anniversary. Its first YT drop was met with thunderous Internet acclaim and raised over $400,000 for COVID-19 displaced artists.
In true Webber, the full stage show will only be available for 48 hours. It can be watched in PH from October 10, 2 AM (Saturday) until October 12, 2 AM (Monday).
Webber has also dropped his other iconic shows for a limited time amidst the lockdown, such as ‘Cats‘ (the good one), ‘The Sound of Music‘, and more.
