Jose Cuervo is looking for a Chief Tequila Officer

If you love to whip up a margarita, paloma, or any of your cocktail faves, then being part of the Tequila Cabinet is probably up your alley. Alcohol brand Jose Cuervo announced that they’re looking for fans who can put to good use their inner mixologist skills.

The tequila-related honorary roles that are up for grabs are: Chief Margarita Officer (CMO), Chief Paloma Officer (CPO), Chief Tequila Officer (CTO), Chief Tequila Sunrise Officer (CTSO), and Chief Bloody Maria Officer (CBMO).

The lucky winners will get a chance to pitch in their ideas for Jose Cuervo’s new cocktail recipes. They will also receive 1000 dollars to splurge on tequila cocktails and ingredients. On top of that, their “Tequila Cabinet meeting” will be located in Mexico, where they will visit the company’s oldest active distillery in La Rojeña.

Participants can send a short video to Cuervo Cabinet Contest, stating the position they’re interested in and explain why they deserve a spot in the Tequila Cabinet. Entries will be accepted until July 6 as Jose Cuervo plans to announce the winners by the end of that month.
