Rihanna released limited-edition vinyl reissues of her eight studio albums

Rihanna hasn’t released new music in the past few years, so OG faves from her discography are being recycled on people’s playlists and in viral TikTok videos. While the world is dying to know when she’s going to drop the new album, the 33-year-old released limited edition vinyl reissues composed of her eight studio albums stylized as “Rih-issue.”

The unique collection will feature records such as Music of the Sun, A Girl Like Me, Good Girl Gone Bad, Rated R, Loud, Talk That Talk, Unapologetic and Anti. Apart from those, the set also comes with an exclusive tee or sweater in different colors that resemble the vinyl.

Rihanna shared a visualizer presenting the limited line on Twitter.  There’s also a link to the website for fans to cop a set, which is priced at $110 (approximately P5,537) each. The Anti edition is already sold out, as of writing.

Even if Rihanna seems busy with her makeup brand and recent lingerie collection, music is still a priority to her. During the red carpet event for her Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 3 show, she said to AP News, ‘You’re not going to expect what you hear. Just put that in your mind.’

‘Whatever you know of Rihanna is not going to be what you hear,’ the multi-Grammy winner added. Five years have passed since

‘I’m really experimenting,’ Rihanna explained. ‘Music is like fashion. You should be able to play. I should be able to wear whatever I want. I treat music the same way. So I’m having fun and it’s going to be completely different.’

Rihanna has yet to reveal her forthcoming album’s release date, but she wasn’t lying when she compared music to fashion since it has an important role in her Savage X Fenty event.
