You can now talk to Wednesday Addams before her show drops
Everyone probably has a fave fictional character who they wish was real. When it comes to Wednesday Addams, her fans can now interact with her online – on Twitter, to be exact. But the creation of her account is in line with Netflix’s new series Wednesday, which focuses on the life of the eccentric teenager.
The streaming giant debuted the show’s first teaser trailer on June 7. The short clipped showed Jenna Ortega will be playing the main character, who will be joined by Thing, the living disembodied hand.
Meanwhile, Wednesday’s official Twitter bio states that she’s a “tortured writer, emphasis on torture.” Her first tweet also explained that she “started this account as an experiment in sadism.” She also had fitting responses to some users who said that they couldn’t wait for the show to premiere.
It seems I am trending. While I have your attention – anyone have a guillotine I can borrow this weekend.

Wednesday follows the story of the titular character’s experience as a student at Nevermore Academy. Her mother Morticia and father Gomez sent her to school for her to learn how to control her growing psychic powers. At the same time, she tries to solve the monstrous murders in the local town and discover if it’s connected to the supernatural mystery behind her family.
The series also stars Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Christina Ricci, Gwendoline Christie, Thora Birch, Jamie McShane, Riki Lindhome, and Percy Hynes White.
While there isn’t an exact release date, Wednesday is slated to premiere on Netflix this year. For now, follow Wednesday on Twitter and catch the teaser trailer below:
