This May 4, 2023, Warner Music Philippines is holding an exclusive ‘Subtract‘ listening party at the Mall of Asia Eye.

Each cabin in the ferris wheel will be converted into a private listening booth, where fans can enjoy snippets of the new music while gazing at an amazing view. Those who want to join simply need to visit the MOA Eye during mall hours and pre-save the album on their listening platform of choice.

In addition, guests who will take part in the event will get the opportunity to win official Ed Sheeran merch.

Ed’s newest album is said to be his most honest and vulnerable one yet, drawing from hard-hitting events he faced in recent years.

His latest single, Eyes Closed, has an upbeat feel but bears lyrics about love and loss.

“The song is about losing someone, feeling like every time you go out and you expect to just bump into them, and everything just reminds you of them and the things you did together. You sorta have to take yourself out of reality sometimes to numb the pain of loss, but certain things just bring you back into it,” he said about the song and music video.
