FYI titas: Hermès drops crazy expensive PHP 2M Mahjong Set
Talk about a luxury
High-fashion luxury brand Hermès just released a Mahjong Set that will probably make even the richest of our titas blush.
Dubbed as ‘Helios‘, the French-made game costs nothing short of $57,200, or a measly PHP2,000,000. You know, chump change.
Just a touch classier than the OG plastic white and green, the premium set is made out of olid palissander wood and leather Swift calfskin.
It even apparently produces a soft ‘squabbling sparrows‘ sound when tiles are crashed together. Their words, not ours.
If you’re more of a Prada kind of tita, the Italian fashion brand has their own take on the Chinese game too, this time made with acrylic resin and wrapped in Saffiano leather.
It’s a lot cheaper than the Hermés set too, with a price tag of only $3,700 (PHP 180,000+).
We’re sticking to OG tiles for now
