Moonstar88 turned a funny typo into a new single

ICYMI, Moonstar88 just recently dropped a new single called ‘Migration’, which croons about the musings that come after a breakup. It’s the type of track you’ve come to expect from the OPM band behind iconic hits such as ‘Migraine’ and ‘Torete’, which also deal with the confusing trappings of love.

But the cool thing about this new outing is that it was actually inspired by a funny typo made by a fan. A certain ‘Renz’ might’ve been too ‘broken’ (or drunk?) to notice, but he ended up writing ‘Migration’ instead of ‘Migraine’ in his song request.

The Internet had a good laugh, the search for Renz became an advocacy for the band, and the rest is history.

So far, the guy has yet to be found. But in case Renz is reading this, we want you to know that while your love life might need some work, you are officially an Internet legend, which is more than what most of us can say.
