Yup, Minnie Mouse released a chill lo-fi Disney album

If you’re looking for something new to listen to, Disney’s Minnie Mouse dropped curated music from the same genre. As per Rolling Stone, the album “reimagines its classic film songs as lo-fi hip hop beats tracks.”
The 10-track album called Lofi Minnie: Focus offers songs from some of your fave Disney movies in the last 30 years. Lofi is a genre of music that’s designed to match the human heart rate with tempos of 70-90 beats a minute. Its hype reached many people during the height of the pandemic, where people needed something to help them unwind from their bedrooms.

In a statement, Disney shared that Minnie is one of the most celebrated icons globally and her interests include creativity, music, and wellness that’s why she’s a “natural fit with lo-fi”. It added, ‘So who better to represent an album full of Disney hits? We can’t wait to give listeners the ability to peek into Minnie’s world and have her accompany their daily tasks.’
